BETA WAVE RECORDS MISSION STATEMENT

    The unprecedented economic times of 2007-2010 and beyond has caused major hardships for millions of Americans. The basis for much of this hardship is the American loss of conventional, private sector jobs as employers are forced to decrease their workforces in order to remain in business.
     Ken Morris and Beta Wave Records understand the value of individuals creating their own entrepreneurial enterprises as a possible hedge against inevitable future economic downturns. Ken Morris and Beta Wave Records, through a lecture series and working directly with BETA WAVE TEEN ROCKS-OFF! winners, are committed to educating young, talented musicians on the various aspects of the professional music industry today.
     The initiative will help prepare students to develop their own enterprises in the music industry; enterprises whereas owners’ decisions can help shape their own successes.
